Leo provides corporate finance and advisory services to institutional clients and focuses on corporate restructuring, financing and acquisition mandates across European jurisdictions. In particular, we provide an expertise in cross border M&A mandates where we can capitalise upon our strong knowledge of the European corporate markets and exploit the fundamental approach and culture that already exists within Leo.
